Bigen™ Speedy Hair Color is in an easy to use cream format, with a special comb (with 2 rows of teeth.) Simply squeeze equal amount of cream from each of the 2 tubes onto the comb to apply on your dry hair. Wait for 5 minutes (20 minutes for C and LC). Then rinse hair clean, and shampoo as usual. Remember, you can keep what’s left in the tube for your next application!

The N (Black), S (Brown Black) and B (Natural Brown) Bigen™ Speedy Hair Color are designed to cover gray or white hair with your desired darker color. It does not lift your hair to a lighter shade.

Can I use Bigen™ Powder Hair Color to change my natural hair color to a lighter color, like changing black hair to chestnut color?
Bigen™ Powder Hair Color does not contain bleach. It is used for covering gray or white hair with a darker color, or turning a lighter hair color to a darker, richer color. It does not bleach (lighten or lift) your hair to a lighter shade.
Can I change my hair to a lighter color - after I colored them to a dark color?
In general, permanent hair color product is difficult to remove. If you want to remove it immediately after application instead of waiting for it to fade out, you should go to a professional at a hair salon. Professional Hair Stylists would have the training to remove permanent color from hair.
What can be done if the coloring effect is darker than I expected?
Since permanent hair color product are designed not to fade easily. Once hair is it cannot be lightened right away without the help from professional stylist. No, if the hair color mixture is applied to wet hair, the mixture will drip. Always use hair color products on dry hair. If hair is dirty, oily, or has excessive hair styling product buildup, wash your hair the day before application.

Can I use hair color products to color beard and moustache?
Do not use hair color products to color beard, moustache, eyelashes, eyebrows, or any part of the body other than hair of your head. Facial hair is very sensitive, and a skin irritation may occur. If the product comes into contact with your eyes when you are coloring facial hair, there can be severe injury.

No, hair color is not paint, it works by chemical reaction. Mixing two colors will not yield a shade in between the 2. Mixing hair color is not recommended.

Speedy Hair color (cream) works through a special chemical reaction called oxidative polymerization. The cream appears white, yellow or red before they are mixed, the product color result will be the color indicated on the package.

Yes. It may be harmful to your hair and/or your scalp. The effect would differ for different types of hair color products, hair type, the condition of hair before coloring, or the amount of mixture applied on hair, please follow the time indicated on instruction.

If the mixture gets on skin, wipe it off with a wet cotton ball. If the stain does not come off, wet cotton ball with soap and water to clean stained area. Should the stain still remains, it will naturally come off within a few days.

What should I do if the cream or mixture gets on the floor?
If the cream or mixture of a hair color product gets on the floor, wipe off immediately, and clean with a mild detergent or soap. If there is a stain, wet cotton swab with a diluted chlorine-based bleach. However, be mindful that chlorine based bleach may also cause damage or discoloration to certain flooring material. Do not Apply bleach on wooden floor. Cover floor and other exposed surfaces such as countertop to avoid staining when using hair color.
Can I save the mixture if there are any left over?
Bigen™ Speedy and Bigen™ Silk Touch can be saved for future use as long as the cream or liquid are still in its original container and had not been mixed with each other. Once mixed, the mixture of the 2 creams (Speedy) or cream and liquid (Silk Touch) would have been activated for use as hair color; and will lose its coloring property over time. This is also true for Bigen™ Powder after it is mixed with water. Please discard any leftover mixture.

If the colorant and developer are not mixed and are stored in their original containers, they can be saved for future use. Please keep the container tightly capped once they are opened.

For Bigen™ Speedy Hair Color, please be sure to cap the Colorant tube with the original cap of the Colorant tube and likewise, cap the Developer tube with the original cap for the developer tube.

How should I discard the remaining mixture?
Once the Colorant cream and Developer of Bigen™ Speedy or Bigen™ Silk Touch are mixed, the mixture will be activated and has hair coloring property, and its coloring property will dissipate over time. Further, DO NOT store any mixture of colorant and developer in sealed container. The chemical reaction from the mixture produces gases that could burst the bottle. Please wash any leftover mixture down the sewage drain.
What is the correct way to treat hair after hair coloring?
Rinse out the mixture thoroughly from hair. Always use lukewarm water, do not use very hot water. Then, shampoo, condition and treat hair to prevent fading. Proper treatment will help extend coloring effect.
